Conrgatulations to LAPD
The Los Angeles Police Department Audit Division has been awarded the American Society for Public Administration's (Los Angeles Metro Chapter) Henry Reining Outstanding Organization Award. The Award is for the "Police Performance Auditing Program" as it "has brought greater transparency to stakeholders in a field that has traditionally been obscured by the nature of its operations. The Police Performance Auditing Program has allowed the citizens of the City of Los Angeles to see the department's current operations and more importantly, its performance as it relates to operations that affect the community." Congratulations for this outstanding accomplishment.
